SHIPPING
S.W.A.T – Only delivers to the United Kingdom Mainland.
All UK orders received with cleared payment, before 2.00pm, and in stock will be dispatched for delivery within 24 hours, or the next working day. We endeavor to ship all items out for next day delivery; however, any orders taken on Friday will not be delivered until Monday at the earliest.
Our standard delivery is 2-5 working days.
Historically we have worked as a ‘local’ retailer and as such offer a discounted rate for delivery within Gloucestershire. On selected in-stock items, we are even able to offer same day delivery on orders received before 11.00am. This however, can depend on your location and the courier company.
Certain items from the Blackhawk and 5.11 Range that are not in stock can take several weeks to come through as they have to come from the United States. However, we will keep you informed of the expected delivery dates and will not take any payment until your goods are available for dispatching.
Please note that due to courier surcharges some outlying areas of the UK may cost more. We are working to remove these surcharges and additional charges will NOT be made without informing you first.
If you are not from the United Kingdom Mainland and would still like to place an order for items, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.
PAYMENT
Payment is accepted from most credit or debit cards by telephone. Cheques by post; payable to SWAT; Cheques require a minimum of 7 days to clear before dispatch. You may reserve your order by email or telephone for 7 days pending postal payment. Your credit card details will be protected from fraud by our secure server for all payments online.
DISCOUNTS
Please Note: Any items currently in our 'special offers' are excluded from any further discounts or promotional offers, unless otherwise stated. Our free delivery offer is included in any offer unless otherwise stated. Free delivery is via Royal Mail ONLY.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with any purchase you may return it within 7 days, in original packaging and unused, for exchange or refund. Please note that our carriage costs will not be refunded. Exchanges received outside this period will be subject to a further minimum carriage charge, refunds will not be granted beyond this period. Please note that Special Order items with no error or fault are exempt from this policy.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event of any items supplied by S.W.A.T be faulty or damaged, please contact our sales team as soon as possible and a replacement will be arranged upon conformation of faults or damage.
Proof of purchase is required for all returned items for proof of purchase. No refunds will be given should faults or damage be caused by carelessness or neglect of the items.
All of our items carry a 30 day money back guarantee, but must be as new, with the original undamaged packaging and all items supplied, including complimentary BB's. If you have any concerns or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
We recommend that all returns be insured, S.W.A.T will not accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Please call before sending returns.
