All orders for goods made by you and accepted by SWAT (the "Website") are subject exclusively and strictly to these Terms & Conditions of Trade.
Basis for Sale
These Conditions shall apply to all Contracts for the sale of Goods by us to you by telephone or through our website to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions which you may purport to apply under any purchase order, and no variation of these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by us. These Conditions set out the entire agreement to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
Our employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the Goods unless confirmed by us in writing. In entering into a Contract you acknowledge that you do not rely on any such representations which are not so confirmed.
All specifications, drawings and particulars of prices, weights, dimensions and performance issued by us are approximate only and are not intended to form the basis of any Contract.
Ordering
All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us.
If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order.
We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched. Otherwise our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
All orders are subject to availability of products. If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products, we will not take any payment until such time that your goods are in stock and available for shipping.
Certain items can and will only be sold to persons who can prove that they are over the age of 18. Any online orders will need to be verified and if we have any doubts, the order will not be processed.
We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to not accept your order for any reason.
Description of Goods and Prices
After we receive your order, we will where possible confirm by email, phone or post the details, description and price for the items you have chosen. If these differ from the details, description and/or price shown on the Website and you wish to cancel your order you may do so in accordance with section Shipping & Returns Section.
While we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, nevertheless mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the advertised price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled.
SWAT is NOT a VAT registered company, therefore the price you see is the price you pay.
We reserve the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Website at our discretion.
Right to Withdraw items
We reserve the right to withdraw any items from the Website at any time.
We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the Website or refusing to process an order.

We may provide links to other websites or resources for you to access. You agree that you access these links at your sole discretion. You further agree and acknowledge that we are not responsible or liable directly or indirectly for the content of such websites including (but not limited to) content, goods or services available from or on the website or the security and privacy practices of such websites.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Law
These Terms & Conditions of Trade shall be governed by the laws of England ad Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of England & Wales.
